Raising the Barre Every dancer develops and matures, continually learning new and more challenging skills. Dancers are also physically growing in height and strength so that they are able to use the taller barre, pointe shoes in ballet, or taller character shoes for tap or jazz. A Christian should also develop and mature. In the Bible, Paul teaches that we should study God's word and experience daily a walk with Christ so that we can mature, no longer feeding our souls on baby food. So what is the "food" that growing Christians should be eating? What does it mean to have a daily walk with Christ? There is not one workout plan or ingredient that any one person must follow. However, bible studies, prayer (alone and with other believers), Christian fellowship, and a willingness to share your faith and experiences with others are all helpful steps to complete the dance! The Christian walk (or dance, in your case) is a lifetime of living with and for God every day... in the midst of joy or in sadness, hardship or triumph. This website is dedicated to providing you with some biblical principles that you can study on your own or with friends. Studying God's Word today, will prepare you for your every tomorrow. So that in the face of any situation, you can find God, feel His grace and comfort, and have an eternal perspective instead of living for the moment.
