Memorial High School

Merry Christmas from Victoria and the Memorial High School!
Judie Allen
A
report from the Round Rock High School chapter:
We have had 3 GREAT meetings, the girls are showing up to the meetings
filled with the want to learn and share what Christ has been doing in
their lives. We have 8-10 girls a month which is good for our drill
team size. En Croix seems to be the topic of conversation a lot with
in our drill team. This past week we had a skate party with the community
drill team. It was so great to be able to see the big girls talk to
the little girls about Jesus and En Croix. I really think that starting
En Croix in my drill team this year has opened many doors and opportunities
to share Christ with people that we would never have the opportunity
to do so with other wise.

A
report from the North Crowley HS chapter:
North Crowley HS En Croix group took the challenge of the Books of the
Bible puzzle Joyce sent out and had a great time together. Praise the
Lord for the success of these brave young women to step forward in the
name of Jesus Christ.

A report from the Brazoswood High School chapter:
I just wanted to let all other En Croix leaders know that I'm praying
for them for guidance, leadership, and that they would have a positive
effect on the girls. En Croix has grown so much in our drill team in
the past year. The girls are really learning to open up and support
one another and to be able to talk openly and confidently to a group
of teenage girls about your beliefs and the awesome effects of God in
their life is so rare and such an amazing privilege that I have been
blessed with. I encourage all leaders to be strong and enthusiastic
and to constantly believe in themselves through God and that each of
you has been given a special gift to share with others even if you don't
realize your effect.

A report from Cypress Falls High School chapter:
Cypress Falls High School is getting fired up! It's so awesome to see
His word spread through so many people. Our chapter meets every Thursday
after our drill team's practice and consists of our drill team members.
We don't really have officer positions but more like leaders and they
are appointed the position from the senior leaders from the year before,
it's kind of confusing but it has been working out great. Right now
we have been letting the girls take turns teaching and spreading their
message to the team and it seems to be working out really well. We have
also started a Monday morning "start the week off right" prayer
group, we have named it The Anchor. Everyone's excited about it and
we are even having some people from Young Life and Campaigners trickle
in and spread the word even farther around our school. It's so awesome
to just watch us all grow in His word together, it's been a long, hectic
and exciting journey-and I'm loving it!
